Remove/install

Switch off ignition

Remove cover below dashboard on passenger side

Remove/install cover below instrument panel (right)

Unlock slide (1) in direction of arrow and remove air conditioner housing cover downward from air conditioner housing (3)

Installation: Note the installation position! The recess on the air conditioner housing cover must point toward the center console.
Make sure that the seal is seated correctly.

Take activated charcoal dust filter (2) downward out of air conditioner housing (3)

Replace activated charcoal dust filter (2); do not clean.

Installation: Note the installation position! The arrow marked on the activated charcoal dust filter (2) must point toward the blower motor (A32m1).

Install in the reverse order
