Fabricate a fuel return line as per picture and the following instructions. See following list for parts.
This self-fabricated fuel return line can also be used for 4 and 6 cylinder engines by clamping off the relevant hose section (2) with a clamp.
1 Cut off injection lines (1) approx. 3 cm after the bend and deburr the separation points.
2 Fabricate eight hose sections (2) approx. 18 cm in length and six hose sections (3) approx. 6 cm in length out of the hose.
3 Slide all hose sections (2, 3) onto T-pieces (4) and slide cutoff injection lines (1) approx. 1.5 cm into open end of hose sections (3).
4 Slide the two remaining injection lines (1) approx. 1.5 cm into the other previously fabricated hose sections (2).
5 Slide T-piece (4) into line (5) (remaining hose) and slide the two open ends of the previously fabricated lines onto T-piece (4).
