2 | Remove soundproofing | ||
3 | Drain coolant at engine radiator and at engine | ||
4 | Remove coolant hose (5) | Unlatch safety clips (6). | |
5 | Detach oil filler line (3) from coolant pipe (2) | ||
6 | Detach coolant pipe (2) from crankcase | ||
7 | Detach coolant hoses (1, 4) together with coolant pipe (2) | Unlatch safety clips (6). | |
| Install | ||
8 | Install new coolant hoses (1, 4) together with coolant pipe (2) | Moisten O-rings (7) in quick-release couplings of coolant hoses (1, 4) with lubricant. Ensure absolute cleanliness and freedom from grease are given. The securing clamps (6) must latch into place. | |
9 | Mount coolant pipe (2) to crankcase | ||
10 | Mount oil filler line (3) to coolant pipe (2) | ||
11 | Install new coolant hose (5) | Moisten O-rings (7) in quick-release couplings of coolant hose (5) with lubricant. Ensure absolute cleanliness and freedom from grease are given. The securing clamps (6) must latch into place. | |
