Please remember that, for warranty and goodwill operations, only the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) compatible water paint systems from the approved paint partners may be used.
As from 01.01.2020 onwards, legal and environmental reasons mean that only water varnishes are approved for use in "non-VOC countries".
The respective paint contact partners in the national agencies can provide information should any specific queries arise.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, we recommend the participation in our Mercedes-Benz paint training courses.
