Service Information: Painting roof paneling with antenna

 Antenna caps must be painted when installed for reasons of warranty claims and matching color.

 When painting the center roof paneling masking takes place without loosening the headliner and removing the antenna.

 The antenna caps may not be removed (also not for painting) otherwise no ESD protection (Electrostatic Discharge) and no leaktightness can be guaranteed any more.
