Please note that the radio remote control for the stationary heater will be successively replaced by remote control per Web-App or the Mercedes me App. Depending on the national version involved, the radio remote control as of model year 2017 (code 807) is no longer automatically included in the scope of supply when ordering a stationary heater.
If the code B24 (Remote control for stationary heater) is not selected at the factory as special equipment, the vehicle is shipped without corresponding remote control components. The remote control cannot then be retrofitted.
The following control options are then available:
Direct start using stationary heater button in the A/C system operating unit.
Programming of departure time in instrument cluster.
Operation through web browser on PC or Web-App on mobile devices (depending on national version and availability).
Operation through Mercedes me App on mobile devices (depending on national version and availability).
Operation through stationary heater remote control (only with code B24 ex factoiry).
