Having received many inquiries on this issue, we would like to point out that the PTC heater booster is not active when the "AC OFF" button is pressed. See Operator's Manual.
You may use STAR DIAGNOSIS to changed the coding in the AAC or AC control unit.
In menu "This setting should only be changed if requested by customer" change the setting PTC heater booster in mode
"AC OFF" to activated. This ensures that the
PTC heater booster remains active even after the "AC OFF" button is pressed.
