Recent warranty return information has shown that CD-players and changers are being replaced for labels coming loose from customer-created CDs and causing the following failures:
Magazine/disk jammmed, will not eject
Disk not found, will not play
Disk skipping, poor sound quality
In many instances, it is possible to remove loose labels from the CD-player or changer, making replacement unnecessary.
Warranty claims submitted as a result of these failures will be returned and debited, as they are NOT a result of component defect.
