A software update for the ATA/tow-away protection/interior protection control unit (N26/6) on the above-mentioned models is available.
If any of the following problems occur, contact the responsible MPC in order to obtain the software as a software release CD (SRCD):
Anti-theft alarm system (ATA) has false alarms.
Display of head unit flickers when vehicle is in use.
Indicator lamps on instrument cluster occasionally light up while vehicle is in use.
ATA diagnosis is occasionally not possible; it is however available in quick test routine.
As of release 07/2012, the software will be available on the Xentry DAS DVD.
