Modification notes
Since approx. 01/95 universal ATA control units are used for models 124, 129, 140, 202,
part no. 140 820 66 26 (Co. Becker)
140 820 67 26 (Co. Temic).
After installation of the control unit, with the help of the HHT, the following programming must be carried out:
- Models 124, 129, 140, 202
- Country versions Standard ,
- Interior space monitoring YES / NO, Version, Manufacturer
- Anti-towing protection YES/NO
- Headlight persistence only
The control units can be programmed and reprogrammed as often as required.
Control units, which have not been programmed, are not operative.
When reprogramming via the HHT, a headlight persistence of up to 120 sec. can be programmed. If these headlights were switched on before the vehicle was locked, they will stay on for the programmed time.
