Identification of installed add-ons on XENTRY Connect
The add-ons on XENTRY Connect are downloaded automatically and in the background, and installed automatically when the user logs on to the system.
The installed add-ons can be read out via a log file.
In order to determine which add-ons have actually been installed on the system, proceed as follows:
1 Establish connection with XENTRY Connect
2 Open XENTRY Explorer via the Diagnosis Desktop on XENTRY Connect
3 Open the folder "Application Logs" (double-click)
4 Select the folder "Add-ons" (double-click)
5 Select the file "add-on.txt" and open (double-click)
Each add-on is listed in this file.
Example of "add-on.txt" file:
2637, 2647, 2649, 2651, 2654, 2655, 2658, 2662, 2664, 2667, 2669, 2670, 2672, 2675, 2676, 2677, 2680, 2679, 2682, 2683, 2685, 2686, 2687, 2688
