Additional information on vehicles which had increased non-operational times due to corona-related closures and delays. Batteries which have developed defects as a result of the lack of care during the non-operational time (SI54.10-P-0024A, SI54.10-S-0024A) must be replaced and the associated costs invoiced to the causer. Here we once again expressly refer to the W&G manual/eWMR: "Mercedes-Benz AG shall not assume any warranty for: [...] damage to supply vehicles attributable to insufficient care." (WR 03-01-010 Warranty exclusion)
