 When AdBlue® tanks are returned via the warranty channels, the containers concerned must be emptied before shipping. The containers must then be packed in a sealed PE bag (polyethylene bag) and sent back in a packaging box lined with an absorbent material. Containers which have not been completely drained cannot be inspected. This can result in rejection of the warranty and goodwill claim.
