As of 10/2016, the filter support has a PTFE coating so as to reduce the draw-off strength.
While changing the oil filter, it may happen that the oil filter cartridge (2) cannot be pulled out of the oil filter housing (3). Remedy: Cut the lower white synchronizer retainer plate (1) at the marked side and the opposite side with a suitable knife. As of 10/2016, the filter support has a PTFE coating so as to reduce the draw-off strength.
