Due to the extension of processing technical queries on Sprinter minibus scopes via the XENTRY TIPS case module, the addressee selection list changes:

The corresponding queries for the EvoBus minibus van scopes are forwarded to the EvoBus product support managers by colleagues in the team "Team Chassis & Body".
From this point on, the "VAN Body Electric/Electronics" team will no longer be available for selection.
This changeover was necessary to ensure that the product support managers of "EvoBus Minibus" can be reached via the system by the market managers throughout Europe.
