Removal, installation
1 Switch off ignition and detach electrical plug connection from wheel speed sensor on rear right-hand side member.
2 Expose cable.
3 Unscrew fixing screw for wheel speed sensor.
4 Withdraw wheel speed sensor from guide.
Installation note
Replace sealing ring each time a wheel speed sensor is dismantled.
Only use self-locking screw once.
Perform function check.

Removal, installation
1 Switch off ignition and detach electrical plug connection from wheel speed sensor on rear right-hand frame longitudinal member.
2 Expose cable.
3 Withdraw wheel speed sensor (3) from guide in the brake anchor plate (2).
Note
Each time a wheel speed sensor is dismantled, replace clamping bush and install using acid-free grease (Molykote 44 Light silicone grease).
Installation note
Push wheel speed sensor in as far as the stop in locator bore. Clearance adjusts itself automatically once the vehicle is driven.
Route connection cable without chafing and tie up properly.
Perform function check.
