Location

The seat position Hall sensors are located on the seat adjustment mechanism of the respective front seat.

Task

The seat position Hall sensors record the position of the respective front seat. The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) control unit directly reads in signals from the respective seat position Hall sensor.
