General
The high-voltage PTC heater has the task of heating up the coolant. The circulation pump delivers coolant from the high-voltage PTC heater to the heater core and thus enables heating of the vehicle interior.
Function of high-voltage PTC heater
The heating elements are heated by energizing them. The coolant flowing past through the high-voltage PTC heater absorbs the heat of the heating elements and is thus heated.
