Task

To shut off A/C compressor so as to improve acceleration from rest.

Function

The AAC control module (N19) or the

TAC pushbutton control module (N19/1) receives a signal from the DFI [EVE] control module (N3/8) telling the A/C compressor to switch on or off depending on load and engine speed.

A/C compressor switched off:

At engine load >90% AND engine speed <1050 rpm

A/C compressor switched on:

At engine load <90% OR engine speed >2500 rpm
