Preparation
1 Remove standard bumper.
2 Remove molding.
3 Remove spreading anchors on side and inner mounts with impact dampers.
4 Unplug PTS cable and sensors.
5 Prepare inner mounts.
Remove supports (A) in area between arrows (12 each). Cut inner mounts in bottom area (B).

Assembly
6 Insert PTS sensors with silicon ring into guide and allow to catch (retainer).
Insert PTS cables and allow plugs to catch audibly (starting on right side of vehicle).
7 Insert inner mounts with impact dampers, center and press in until all arresting lugs catch.
Then insert spreading anchors at side.

8 Position headlamps, fasten on inside and drill 7 mm dia. mounting hole (C) in inner mount.

9 Fasten headlamps, using washer (D).
10 Insert reinforcements.
11 Install cover and allow to catch.

12 To obtain space for the additional fog lamps it is necessary to turn the horn on the left and right out of the installation position (E) to position (F).

13 Connect LU cable harness to additional fog lamp, connect to main headlamp between headlamp and wiring harness.
Remove fog lamp bulbs in main headlamps.

14 Install bumper.
15 Mount wheelhouse cover with spreading anchors included. For this purpose it is necessary to drill an 8.8 mm dia. hole on the right and left through the bumper and inner paneling.
16 Glue part number sticker to rating plate.
17 Attach foils to bumper intermediate webs.
