Provide clean collection vessel for coolant.
1 Pinch off coolant hose (2) from the engine to the heater heat exchanger in the area of the engine and downstream of the hose coupling (1).
2 Sever coolant hose approx. 100 mm upstream of the hose coupling and collect escaping coolant in the process.

3 Fit the feed hose (3) and return hose (4) produced to the feed connection (warm) and return connection (cold) of the water heater and secure with hose clamps.

4 Connect feed hose (3) at the separation point to the heater heat exchanger with a connecting sleeve and two hose clamps.
5 Connect return hose (4) at the separation point to the engine with a connecting sleeve and two hose clamps.
Pay attention to chafe-free hose routing Tie up hoses and attach chafe protection if necessary.
