Preparation

Remove old foils

Only if fitted.


Heat surfaces to be processed so that they can still be touched.
Increased temperature can cause paint damage.

 Removal can be facilitated by heating.

Wash and dry vehicle

Check surface of vehicle

 Visible edges of adhesive tape can remain (when performing reapplication). These edges are removed during paintwork preparation at the sales centers (VPC) or dealerships.

 Minor swelling during reapplication is insignificant. The new foil can be applied to these painted surfaces.

Apply new transportation foil


Do not mask plastic parts and rubber profiles with foil.
Otherwise glue residues may be present.

 The new transport foil is applied manually.
