Unscrew bolts (4) from center bottom section of soundproofing (2) and remove center bottom section of soundproofing (2)

On vehicles without code (484) Rough road package

 Remove center bottom section of soundproofing (2) at side from right bottom section of soundproofing (3).

Rechargeable drill / screwdriver

4.1

Unscrew bolts (4) from left bottom section of soundproofing (1) and remove left bottom section of soundproofing (1).

On vehicles without code (484) Rough road package

Rechargeable drill / screwdriver

4.2

Unscrew bolts from left underbody protection (5) and remove left underbody protection (5)

On vehicles with code (484) Rough road package

 Aid of helper required.



Unscrew bolts (4) from right bottom section of soundproofing (3) and remove right bottom section of soundproofing (3)

On vehicles without code (484) Rough road package

Rechargeable drill / screwdriver

Unscrew bolts from right underbody protection (6) and remove right underbody protection (6)

On vehicles with code (484) Rough road package

 The right underbody protection (6) can be removed separately.
Helper required



Remove expansion clips (7) and remove sound deadening mats (8) from left underbody protection (5) and right underbody protection (6)

On vehicles with code (484) Rough road package and when replacing left underbody protection (5), right underbody protection (6) or insulating mats (8).

 Installation: Replace damaged expansion clips (7).
