| Remove/install | ||
1 | Place steering column in the central height position | ||
2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m) | ||
3 | Disconnect ground line of battery | ||
4 | Insert screwdriver bit into openings (arrows) on steering wheel (2) and remove screws/bolts from driver airbag (1) | Screw/bolt, airbag to steering wheel | |

5 | Remove driver airbag (1) far enough from steering wheel (2) so that electrical connectors (5, 6, 7) are accessible | ||
6 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (7) | Model 204.0/2 | |

8 | Release lock tabs (4) and release and disconnect electrical connectors (5) | Removal lever | |
9 | Remove driver airbag (1) from steering wheel (2) | ||
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
