Store airbag units with deployment side facing up; do not expose to temperatures above 100 °C. Interrupt the current supply when working on these units

Use of self-fabricated ignition cable
1 Fabricate ignition cable with a length of 10 m with pressure switch.
2 Plug 2-pin plug coupling into the corresponding emergency tensioning retractor unit.
3 Connect ignition cable to battery.
4 Press both pressure switches at the same time.
Keep a distance of 10 m for safety.
