Unscrew radiator grille (2) from the top radiator crossmember

 In model 463.309/332/333, the radiator grille (2) is fastened with two nuts (1). For model 463.202/222/236/237/243/244/
245/246/247/248/249/250/254/270/271/
303/306/322/323/336/340/341/346 the radiator grille (2) is fastened with four screws.

Tilt radiator grille (2) forward

 Push radiator grille (2) to one side, lift forward out of the retaining lug (3), and then unhook from the opposite side.

 Installation: Ensure that the retaining lugs (3) sit in the guides of the headlamp trim on both sides.

Seal hose (4) on the distributor (5) with the clamping device

 Only for model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346

Detach hose (4) on the left headlamp from the spray nozzle fitting (6)

 Only for model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346

 When doing so, turn hose (4) carefully back and forth.

Pull out hose at the radiator grille (2)

Lift out radiator grille (2)

Install in the reverse order
