1 Use wire brush to clean aluminum housing of STH heater unit (A6) where the foil is to be attached.
Make sure that the plastic surfaces are not damaged.
2 Clean STH heater unit (A6) in area of bonding surface.
3 Attach protective foil (1) as shown to STH heater unit (A6).
Note assignment of holes.

4 Attach protective foil (2) as shown to STH heater unit (A6).
Glue the long blade first. Note hole pattern, hole (A) for model 639, 906 and hole (B) for model 901 to 905.
5 Smoothen the protective foils (1, 2) using a rag.
Make sure that the protective foils (1, 2) are glued on free of bubbles.
