Remove and install heater unit exhaust system

1 Screw

2 Heater unit

3 Clip

4 Connecting pipe

5 Exhaust pipe

6 Muffler pot

Remove/Install

Remove left headlamp unit

In vehicles with headlamp cleaning system,

Remove headlamp cleaning system

Remove front bumper

Detach circulation pump and

swivel to side

Undo screws (1) at heater (2)

and raise heater

Open clamp (3) at connecting pipe (4)

Pull exhaust pipe (5) from connecting pipe (4)

Detach muffler (6) from longitudinal frame member

9

Install in the reverse order
