1 | Remove heater | ||
2 | Unscrew bolt (3) and remove cover (2) with gasket (1) | Installation: Check gasket (1) for damage and replace if necessary. | |
3 | Unlock 14-pin plug (19) and disconnect from auxiliary heater control unit (16) | ||
4 | Detach connection lines from the glow plug (6) | ||
5 | Detach trim parts (4, 5, 8, 17) | ||
6 | Disconnect plug of flame sensor and overheating sensor (18, 20) from auxiliary heater control unit (16) | ||
7 | Detach combustion air blower and hot air blower (14) from heat exchanger (7) | ||
8 | Remove gasket (13) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace gasket (13). | |
9 | Remove cover plate (11) | ||
10 | Remove sealing washer (9) and sealing ring (10) | Installation: Replace sealing washer (9) and sealing ring (10). | |
11 | Install in the reverse order |
