Danger! | Risk of death caused by falling from vehicle roof. Risk of injury to other persons caused by falling objects during work in roof area. | ||
1 | Remove rear cover of air conditioning | ||
2 | Remove protective grille for air conditioning | ||
3 | Remove cover (1) | ||
4 | Unscrew bolts (arrows) | Installation: Coat thread of bolts (arrows) with adhesive. | |
5 | With the aid of a helper, detach condenser fan bridge (2) from the condenser (3) and place aside | ||
6 | Separate tie strap (4) | Installation: Fit new cable ties (4). | |
7 | Separate the electrical connectors (5) | ||
8 | Detach condenser fan bridge (2) completely with the aid of a helper | Do not damage lamellae of the condenser (3) as this may result in leaks or malfunctions of the air conditioning. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
