1 | Drain air conditioning system | ||
2 | Remove paneling of condenser unit | ||
3 | Remove bolt (2) | ||
4 | Remove refrigerant line (3) | ||
5 | Disconnect electrical connection (4) | ||
6 | Remove bolt (5) | ||
7 | Remove bolt (7) on both sides | ||
8 | Remove accumulator (1) from condenser refrigerant line (6) | ||
9 | Close off openings at refrigerant line (3) and condenser refrigerant line (6) with stop plugs | Record plug | |
| Install | ||
10 | Remove stop plugs at openings at refrigerant line (3) and condenser refrigerant line (6) | Record plug | |
11 | Attach new sealing ring at condenser refrigerant line (6) | ||
| Compressor oils (specification 362.0) | ||
Coat sealing ring with compressor oil. | |||
12 | Attach accumulator (1) to condenser refrigerant line (6) | Ensure that sealing surfaces of accumulator (1) are clean. | |
13 | Tighten bolt (5) | Refrigerant line from condenser to collector/drierScrew, refrigerant line from condenser to collector/drier | |
14 | Tighten bolts (7) on both sides | Bolt, collector/drier to condenser moduleBolt, collector/drier to condenser module | |
15 | Attach refrigerant line (3) | ||
| Compressor oils (specification 362.0) | ||
Attach refrigerant line (3) with new sealing ring. Coat sealing ring with compressor oil. | |||
16 | Tighten screw (2) | ||
17 | Connect electrical connector (4) | ||
18 | Evacuate air conditioning system, charge it, and then check system to make sure that it functions correctly and does not leak | ||
19 | Install condenser unit paneling |
