Remove

Remove the condenser.

Clean

Clean working area at condenser and at refrigerant reservoir (1).


There must not be dirt ingress into the condenser and refrigerant reservoir (1).
Malfunction or damage can occur otherwise.

Cold degreasing agent/cold cleaning solvent HAKU 1025-920

Remove screw (3) and remove clamp (2).

Remove screw (4), remove retaining plate (5) and remove refrigerant reservoir (1).


Seal connections at condenser with suitable stop plugs.
Malfunction or damage can occur otherwise.

 Record plug

Install

Replace sealing seals (6).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

BB00.40-P-0362-01A

 Coat sealing rings (6) lightly with compressor oil.

Install refrigerant reservoir (1).

 Position retaining plate (5) correctly.

 Bolt, refrigerant reservoir to refrigerant line for condenser

Position clamp (2) and screw in screw (3).

 Bolt, clamp for refrigerant reservoir to condenser

Install condenser.
