2 | Unclip clamps (2) | ||
3 | Push sliding clips (3) towards arrow (A) and remove | ||
4 | Remove upper (6) and lower housing sections (7) from blower box (4) | ||
5 | Undo screw (arrow B) | ||
6 | Unclip clips (5) and remove upper housing section (6) from lower section (7) | Installation: Note correct seating of upper housing section (6) in lower housing section (7) and seal boot (8) between upper housing section (6) and lower housing section (7). | |
7 | Remove evaporator (1) from lower housing section (7) | ||
8 | Remove stop plugs (9), undo screws of expansion valve (10) and remove expansion valve (10) | Moisten screw threads on expansion valve (10) using compressor oil and turn them alternately into the retaining plate (11), as otherwise the expansion valve (10) will tilt on the evaporator's (1) connecting lines. | |

9 | Remove retaining plate (11), seal boot (8) and sealing ring (12) from connecting lines of evaporator (1) | Installation: Replace sealing rings (12) and moisten with compressor oil. | |
10 | Install in the reverse order |
