2 | Remove clips (1) at A/C housing and remove upper section of housing | Installation: Replace the gaskets. | |
3 | Remove evaporator (2) with expansion valve (3) | Use care when removing evaporator (2), as otherwise the evaporator (2) fins may be damaged. | |
Installation: Install new seals at expansion valve (3). | |||
4 | Remove expansion valve (3) from evaporator (2) | To do this, remove screws (4) and then remove expansion valve (3). | |
Installation: Install new seals at expansion valve (3). | |||
5 | Install in the reverse order |
