4 | Remove bolt (4) and air conditioner housing top section (5) from air conditioner housing bottom section (6) | Installation: Observe correct seating of air conditioner housing top section (5) in air conditioner housing bottom section (6) and sealing (10) between air conditioner housing top section (5) and air conditioner housing bottom section (6). | |
5.1 | Remove screws/bolts (7) and remove expansion valve (8) | When replacing the evaporator (1). | |
Installation: Turn in screws (7) alternately into the tapping plate (9), as otherwise the expansion valve (8) connection to connecting lines of the evaporator (1) will be tilted. | |||
Installation: Install new sealing rings (11). Wet bolt thread (7) and seal rings (11) using compressor oil. | |||
