1 | Discharge air conditioning system | Installation: Evacuate, refill air conditioning system and check for proper operation and tightness. | |

3 | Fold covering (2) upwards until the expansion valve (1) is accessible | ||
4 | Unscrew nut (3) | | |
5 | Detach low-pressure line (4) and use suitable stop plug to seal opening of low-pressure line (4) | The opening of the low-pressure line (4) must be sealed, as otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture can damage the components connected to the refrigerant circuit. | |
Installation: Renew sealing ring of low-pressure line (4) and wet with compressor oil. | |||

6 | Unscrew nut (5) | | |
7 | Detach high pressure line (6) and use suitable sealing cap to seal opening of high pressure line (6) | The opening of the high pressure line (6) must be sealed, as otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture can damage the components connected to the refrigerant circuit. | |
Installation: Renew sealing ring of high-pressure line (6) and wet with compressor oil. | |||

8 | Remove bolts (7) | Screw in screws (7) alternately, to avoid any tilting of the expansion valve (1). | |
Installation: Moisten threads of screws (7) using compressor oil. | |||

9 | Remove expansion valve (1) and seal connecting lines (8) using suitable caps | The openings of the connecting lines (8) must be sealed, as otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture can damage the components connected to the refrigerant circuit. | |
Installation: Replace sealing rings of connecting lines (8) and wet with compressor oil. | |||
