Remove and install connections from and to front of heater housing

 Refrigerant lines

Removal

1 Loosen hose clamps (1) and remove water hoses (2) from heater housing.

2 Unscrew screws (3) and remove connector from refrigerant lines (4).

Attaching

3 Install refrigerant line (4) connector and check for proper seat.

 Do not cant connections!

 Replace O-rings.

4 Tighten screws (3) alternately, .

5 install water hoses (2) and tighten hose clamps (1).

 The screwed connections of the hose clamps should be on the right looking toward the front of the vehicle.
