2 | Pry out air outlet (1) | Use a suitable tool to pry the air outlet (1) out of the fixture. | |
3 | Remove connecting clamps (arrows) | ||
4 | Detach connector on the blower motor | ||
5 | Remove bolts (4) | ||
6 | Remove blower housing (5) from heater housing | ||
7 | Remove upper section of heater housing (8) from lower section of heater housing (9) | ||
8 | Remove heater heat exchanger (6) | Installation: Check that tapping plate (7) is correctly seated. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
