Remove/install

Perform commissioning of HERMES control unit (N112/9).

If the HERMES control unit (N112/9) has been replaced.



Remove floor covering at front on front passenger side.

Remove air ducts (1).

Remove lower B-pillar trim.

Fold over floor covering (2).

Unclip expansion rivets (3).

Remove air duct (4).

Unscrew nuts (5).

Remove the cover (6).

Lift up air duct (7) carefully and unscrew nuts (8).

Release and disconnect electrical connectors from HERMES control unit (N112/9).

Remove HERMES control unit (N112/9) with bracket (9).

13

Remove screw (10) and remove HERMES control unit (N112/9) from bracket (9).

14

Install in the reverse order.
