Activate/deactivate service mode in TELE AID emergency call system

Activate service mode in emergency call system

(PIN of TELEAID SIM card is known).

1	Switch on ignition. Switch on telephone. Enter *#4610# on telephone handset. Confirm "No telematics service" message with OK. Switch off ignition and remove ignition key. Switch off telephone

Activate service mode in emergency call system

(PIN of TELEAID SIM card is not known).

2	Switch on ignition. Switch on telephone. Press and hold "C" button for 5 seconds. Enter *#4610# on telephone handset. Confirm "No telematics service" message with OK. Switch off ignition and remove ignition key. Switch off telephone.

Activate service mode in emergency call system

(with Star Diagnosis).

3	Using Star Diagnosis, read and, if necessary, change coding in the TELEAID control unit under: -->Menu Control units Adaptations -->Control units, and -->Auxiliary battery -->Service mode respectively

Deactivate service mode in emergency call system

(without Star Diagnosis).

4	Switch on ignition. Confirm "Exit service mode" message on handset with OK. Confirm "No telematics service" message with OK. Switch off ignition.

Deactivate service mode in emergency call system

(with Star Diagnosis).

5	Using Star Diagnosis, read and, if necessary, change coding in the TELEAID control unit under: -->Menu Control units Adaptations -->Control units, and -->Auxiliary battery -->Service mode respectively
