1 | Remove head unit (1) and move out of working area with attached electric lines | ||

2 | Remove electrical wiring harness (2) from holder of instrument panel (arrow A) | ||
3 | Pull electrical wiring harness (2) far enough behind instrument panel until the ocher-colored electrical connector (3) is accessible | ||
4 | Disconnect ocher-colored electrical connector (3) | ||
5 | Wrap felt tape around connector housing of ocher-colored electrical connector (3) and strap down | The Bluetooth® antenna (4) installed at the factory remains in the vehicle. | |

6 | Clean bonding surface in cross-hatched area on instrument panel | | |

7 | Wrap felt tape around antenna line (5) of new Bluetooth® antenna (4) | Felt strip | |
8 | Route antenna line (5) of new Bluetooth® antenna (4) using a suitable puller aid along the air duct to the installation location for the head unit (1) | | |
9 | Stick new Bluetooth® antenna (4) to previously cleaned surface on instrument panel | 3M Acrylic Plus adhesive tape PT1100, double sided, black, 12 mm wide | |
10 | Connect ocher-colored electrical connector (3) | ||
11 | Hook electrical wiring harness (2) into holder of instrument panel (arrow A) | ||
