Remove/install washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system

Remove/install

Remove strut (1)

Unhook filler neck (2) and remove upwards

Detach fender liner in left front fender until washer fluid reservoir (6) is accessible

Remove windshield washer system pump (M5/4) from washer fluid reservoir (6)

AR82.35-S-6002E

 Do not disconnect connections at windshield washer system pump (M5/4).
Collect washer fluid which flows out.

Disconnect electrical connector (3)

Unscrew nuts (4)

Remove washer fluid reservoir (6) from bracket

Remove heater for windshield washer system (5)

Model 447, 448
with code F48 (Heated windscreen washer system)

 Installation: Inspect gasket for damage.

If seal is damaged.



Replace seal

Install in the reverse order
