Remove/install

Perform commissioning on headlamp control unit (1).

If the headlamp control unit (1) is replaced.



Remove headlamp.

 Installation: The headlamp is adjusted following commissioning of the headlamp control unit.

Unscrew bolts (2).

Lift headlamp control unit (1) and disconnect electrical connector (3).

Check seal (4) for damage and correct seating.

If the seal (4) is damaged.



replace seal (4).

If the seal (4) is not correctly seated in the mount on the headlamp.



Correctly position seal (4).

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check headlamp adjustment and correct if necessary.
