2 | Roll up roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3) | ||

4 | Remove bearing bridge (9) | Simultaneously relieve tension on pre-tensioned shafts (6, 5) for roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3) | |
5 | Remove both spacers (7) | ||
6 | Remove roller sun blind (4) | ||

7 | Install roller sun blind (4) in cover frame (2) | Guide roller sun blind (4) below insect screen (3) | |
8 | Install both spacers (7) | ||
9 | Roll up roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3) until both ends make contact to passenger on cover frame (2) | ||
10 | Pretension insect screen (3) | For this purpose turn shaft (5) approx. 15 to 20 turns and hold. | |
11 | Pretension roller sun blind (4) | For this purpose turn shaft (6) approx. 15 to 20 turns and hold. | |
12 | Remove bearing bridge (9) | Simultaneously guide pretensioned shafts (5 , 6) on roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3) into bearing bridge (9). | |
13 | Install guide rails (1) | If necessary align roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3). | |
14 | Check whether roller sun blind and insect screen (4, 3) function properly | ||
15 | Install cover frame (2) on pop-up roof |
