Mount front fixed element (1) on body and align the clearance between windshield upper edge and roof front edge/sliding sunroof frame using the  feeler gauge. 

 Center front fixed element (1) between side roof panelings and windshield.

 Observe installation position of windshield seal (arrow).

 Helper required.

The Glue on tape strips and cut through at front edge of front fixed element (1).

Set down front fixed element (1), with inside facing upwards, on a suitable base.

Clean bonding surfaces at front fixed element (1).

 The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

 Only apply cleaner to bonding surfaces and allow to fully dry.

 It is not necessary to prime the bonding surfaces.

Apply activator to bonding surfaces at front fixed element (1).

 The activator is included in the repair kit.
