Removing, installing

Open crank window

Remove cover (2)

 Press out cover from the bottom (arrow) using assembly wedge



Unscrew screws (3)

 Installation: Screw in the shorter screw at the top

Unclip cover (9) using assembly wedge



Detach cover (6)

Detach lock escutcheon (5)

Unclip cover (11) and unscrew screw (12)

 Only with code 292 (front left and right side airbag)

Press door lining (1) off inner door panel at the bottom, front and back using assembly wedge



 Move assembly wedge directly to the clips (10)

Pry top of the door lining (1) upwards out of the clips at the sealing rail using assembly wedge and at the same time pull away from the inner door panel.



Disconnect left front door speaker connector (H4/1x2).

Unhook control cable (8) from inner door control

Put door lining down on a clean base

Check sheet-metal clip nuts (14) on inner door panel

 Replace damaged sheet-metal clip nuts

Check door film on inner door panel and clips (10) on door lining (1).

 Replace damaged door film or clips

Install in reverse order
