Removal/installation

Remove front seats

Remove entrance paneling (3)

Remove support rod (5) from entrance

As of 10/99 the support rod is placed down into the wheelhouse paneling.

Partially loosen wheelhouse paneling in front area

Remove footwell cover on right

On vehicles up to 09/99.

Remove floor covering on passenger and driver's side (4, 11)

Remove housing (7) for parking brake lever

Disconnect mirror adjustment connector (9)

Remove center tunnel (1) floor covering

Install in the reverse order
