Position cartridge gun with triangle nozzle (2) at bottom edge in center of windshield (4) at right angle and from there apply directly to sealing frame (3) along adhesive (1).
Do not apply the first 50 mm of adhesive (1) to the windshield (4), because the adhesive components of the glue (1) are not completely mixed at the very start. Apply adhesive (1) to windshield (4) within 8 minutes. Otherwise the 2-component adhesive cures prematurely and the glued joint is not permanent.
The required size for the adhesive bead (height 13 mm, width 8 mm) is defined by the shape of the triangular nozzle (2).

Allow end (A) of adhesive bead () to run out parallel next to start of adhesive bead (B) (arrow).

Ensure that ends of adhesive beads (A) and (B) join to form one adhesive bead (1).

Install cup suction tools (5) at outside of windshield (4).

Open a side window or, if present, the sliding roof.
Overpressure can occur in the passenger compartment when closing the door. This can cause the windshield (4) to be pressed toward the outside resulting in leakage at the adhesive seam.

Install windshield (4) at bottom edge of window frame with aid of second person and keep top edge of windshield (4) slightly tilted out.
Align windshield (4) centrally at previously attached adhesive strips (6). Do not move windshield (4) after inserting over entire surface because this can lead to leakage at the adhesive seam.

Uniformly press windshield (4) into window frame.
The windshield (4) should be pressed down by one person only because it can break at several points if pressed simultaneously.
