1 Draw drilling points at rear of rear right door outer sill (1) with the following dimensions:
a = 40 mm,
b = 22 mm,
c = 10 mm.

2 Draw drilling points at the front sill (1) with the following dimensions:
a = 35 mm,
b = 22 mm,
c = 10 mm.
3 Drill all marked holes with diameter of 6 mm dia. bit.
4 Sand sill (1) down to the bare metal on both sides in the area of the drill holes, and coat with zinc dust paint.

5 Sand sill (1) down to bare metal on both sides in the marked area (2) and coat with zinc dust paint.
6 Fit sill (1), align and clamp in position.
