1	Lower section C-pillar paneling

2	Remove right rear outside door sill		AR63.30-D-0005A
3	Remove detachable parts in repair area
4	Cover all detachable parts that remain in repair area
5	Cut off lower section right C-pillar paneling (1)		AR63.20-D-0006-01A

		 Cut spot welds
		 Spot weld milling cutter	*201589005100
	Install
6	Align, grind off connecting plates and coat with zinc dust paint	Zinc dust paint suitable for spot welding	*BR00.45-Z-1001-07A
7	Prepare lower section right C-pillar paneling (1) for installation		AR63.20-D-0006-02A

 Danger	The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning from inhaling welding gases	Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. 13	Clean repair area and prime with MB primer filler

15	Supplement standard underfloor protection with MB permanent underbody sealant
16	Paint repair area adjacent surfaces
17	Add cavity preserving agent

19	Reinstall all detachable parts removed
